When should I arrive?
If this is your first session, please plan to arrive with enough time to park and settle in. The door will be open at the time of your appointment. There is a bathroom and chair outside of the massage room that you are welcome to use while you are waiting.

What forms of payment do you accept? Do you accept tips?
Payment is accepted in the form of cash or check. Ask about card options. Tipping is not necessary but certainly appreciated.

Do you accept insurance?
Please note that I am currently unable to accept Insurance. At this time, I am unable to provide Tax ID info directly to clients but am available to speak directly with companies for reimbursement options and/or send Invoices.

Can I cancel my appoinment?
Clients are asked to cancel their appointments with at least a 24-hour notice for no cancellation fee.
If the appointment is not cancelled in time, the client will be emailed a 50% session cancellation fee that is to be paid before the next visit.
For last minute sickness cancellations, clients will be sent a 50% cancellation fee for sessions not cancelled within 4 hours of their session.
No shows will be sent an invoice for the full session price.

Do you offer parking?
Yes, parking is available on site in the gravel lot directly next to the building and community playground. There is also parking on the street in front of the building.

Do you have a cancellation list?
Yes! Sessions can book up to 6-8 weeks out. Please reach out if you’d like to be put on a cancellation list for last minute openings.

Do I need to remove all clothing for my massage appointment?
This appointment is about you! You are only asked to dress down to your comfort level. Clients are asked to bring a bathing suit for herbal body wrap appointments.

Can I talk during my massage?
Clients are encouraged to close their eyes, breath deeply and relax when receiving their treatment. This appointment is for you! You are certainly welcome to chat during your appointment or choose what makes you feel most comfortable.

Can I ask for deeper pressure?
Clients are encouraged to openly communicate during their visit regarding preferences and comfort. This appointment is about you! However, massage does not need to hurt in order to be effective. Many effective techniques involve a lighter touch.

What should I expect after my massage?
You may feel a variety of things: increased relaxation, increased energy, increased digestion or like you’re ready for a nap! It is recommended you drink plenty of water following your massage.
