Bodywork Offerings
Therapeutic Massage: Massage sessions are tailored to the clients needs. Sessions entail a combination of therapeutic techniques for full body comfort. Pressure is based upon the client’s needs at the time of their appointment.
Prenatal + Postpartum (Perinatal) Massage: Therapeutic and relaxation massage techniques specialized for all birthing people. Prenatal sessions are available during all stages of pregnancy. Side-lying and face-down available with pregnancy bolstering systems.
Pediatric Massage (17 and under): Currently only accepting returning clients for pediatric massage.
Specialty Offerings
Abdominal Therapy Massage: 45-minute session focusing on the muscles of the stomach. Abdominal therapy supports self-love, reproductive systems, digestive regulation and deepening the connection to breathwork.
* Complimentary introductions to abdominal massage available during all sessions. *
Closing of the Bones Ceremony: 75-minutes to honor the body after pregnancy. Time together to share your birth story, herbal tea, flowers, abdominal massage + a full body rebozo wrapping ceremony to “close” the bones of the body and pelvis. A “cross-cultural” traditional practice to support the postpartum body and mind. Gratitude to Regina of Celestial Womb for the guidance into this practice.
Perinatal Travel Massage
In-home perinatal travel massage available before or after welcoming baby. Prenatal massage available during the 3rd trimester. Postpartum massage available for the new parent with an intro to baby massage.
Pricing based on location, available from Belfast to Portland.
~ $150 - $250
+ $50 for additional abdominal therapy
+ $75 for the closing of the bones ceremony to honor the postpartum body
Massage Doula for Birth
This offering is available for clients seeking a Massage Therapist at their birth for relaxation and body support. Offering available at all birthing locations from Belfast to Portland.
